If you currently can’t access your account but have won a contest, please keep reading.
If for any reason you are unable to access your account (it has been suspended, you have forgotten your login info, etc.) but you have won a contest, then the following information is for you.
Will I be paid for a contest even if I can’t access my account?
Yes, if you have won a contest you will definitely be paid for your work.
However, in order for Hatchwise to release the payment to you, you will need to upload the final files to Hatchwise for the client to access.
How can you upload the final files if you are unable to log into your account?
If you have won a contest and are unable to upload the final files, please contact support@hatchwise.com. You will need to send us the final files in a zip file, and our staff can then upload them to the contest for you. That enables us to credit your account and release the payment.
You have already uploaded the files, but have not been paid yet.
In some situations, you may have already uploaded the final files to Hatchwise, but now no longer have access to your account. In that case, you are all set. Your account will be credited 24 hours before the payout and the payment sent directly to your PayPal account on file.
What if you don’t receive your payment?
Payouts are made on the 1st and the 14th or each month (if either of those dates lands on a weekend or a holiday the payout is then made the following business day).
If 24 hours have passed since the payout date, please email support@hatchwise.com. They can check to see the status of your account and find out what the delay with the payment is.
