Contacting Hatchwise’s Incredible Support Team

Here at Hatchwise it is our number one priority that all support issues and questions are responded to as quickly as possible. You can easily contact us here.

Have you already reached out and not gotten a response? If it has been over 24 hours (not including weekends) and you haven’t heard back then something probably went wrong. Don’t worry, one way or the other we will get in touch.

If you have sent a private message, made a phone call, or sent us an email, and haven’t received a reason within the last 24 hours, here are a few ways to troubleshooting contacting us.

Send another message. That’s right. Try sending your communication again. Please remember that we have limited support on the weekends, and try to only send a message or email once every 24-36 hours Saturday-Sunday. Support answers emails in the order received and do they do their best to answer you as quickly as possible. 

Check your Spam folder. If you have sent numerous emails to us with no response, then please check your Spam folder. There is a chance that our emails to you are being blocked, which is why you are not hearing back from us. 

Check your Private Messages. If we are unable to contact you via email we may be reaching out via Private Message. Please log in to your Hatchwise account to check your messages and make sure that you aren’t missing any from us. 

Check your phone. If we are unable to contact you via Private Message or email then we will give you a phone call at the phone number on file in your Hatchwise account. That is why it is important that your phone number is accurate. If we do not receive an answer we will leave you a message regarding our call. 

As you can see, there are multiple ways for us to reach out to contact you. If you are trying to contact Hatchwise, and are unable to, we will find a way to contact you! 

We ask you to please remain calm and do not worry, even if you feel that your contest is progressing. Once we have contacted you we can fix any issues or answer any questions that you may have.
