Refund policy for Design and Naming Contests

We stand behind the creative work that our community creates, and our guarantee is simple. If you do not receive at least the number of entries to your contest that come with the package you purchased you may request a full refund within 14 days of your contest submission period ending by contacting Hatchwise Support.

Your contest must run the full 10 days (48 hours for rush projects) before a refund request can be made.

Contests where a winner has been awarded are not eligible.

Refund policy for Hatchwise Unlimited

(monthly design contest subscription – https://www.hatchwise.com/unlimited):

First time subscribers are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee if account cancellation and refund request is submitted in writing within 14 days of the first contest being started. If a refund is issued then all rights in the winning designs for any contests awarded during the subscription period revert to Hatchwise and may not be used by the subscriber in any way.

Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. Subscription modifications or cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to subscription renewal.

Other products:

Ineligible for refund: Additional Designs, Unlimited Upgrades Subscription Payments and Renewals, Designer Subscription Payments and Renewals (Such as Gold Level Subscription), and designs or names purchased outside of a contest. All subscription modifications or cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to subscription renewal.
