If your contest runs its full 10 days (or 48 hours for a rush project) and you did not receive at least the number of entries your package includes, you can request a full refund, as long as you have not already awarded a winner.
Hatchwise Unlimited
First time subscribers can cancel anytime, and get a full refund of the subscription fee if they cancel and request it in writing within 14 days of their first contest starting.
What is excluded
Additional designs, subscription renewals, designer subscriptions and purchases made outside a contest are not covered by the guarantee.

What is the refund policy for design and naming contests?
We stand behind the work our global creative community produces. If you do not receive at least the number of entries that come with the package you purchased, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your contest submission period ending by contacting Hatchwise support. Your contest must run the full 10 days (48 hours for rush projects) before a refund request can be made, and contests where a winner has been awarded are not eligible.
What is the refund policy for Hatchwise Unlimited?

First time subscribers to Hatchwise Unlimited, our monthly design subscription starting at $449, are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee if cancellation and a refund request are submitted in writing within 14 days of the first contest being started. If a refund is issued, rights in any winning designs awarded during the subscription period revert to Hatchwise. Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable, and modifications or cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to renewal, with no contracts required.
What other products are not covered by the guarantee?
Additional designs, unlimited upgrade subscription payments and renewals, designer subscription payments and renewals (such as Gold level), and designs or names purchased outside of a contest are not eligible for refund. All subscription modifications or cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

Guarantee questions, answered
Does the guarantee mean I always get my money back?
No. The guarantee covers specific situations, such as not receiving the minimum number of entries on a standard contest, or cancelling Hatchwise Unlimited as a first time subscriber within 14 days. It does not apply once a winner has been awarded, or to renewal payments, additional designs, or subscription upgrades.
How do I actually request a refund?
Contact Hatchwise support and reference your contest or subscription. For a standard contest, your submission period must have run its full length (10 days, or 48 hours for a rush project) and no winner can have been awarded. For Hatchwise Unlimited, first time subscribers must cancel and request a refund in writing within 14 days of their first contest starting.
What happens to a design if I get a Hatchwise Unlimited refund?
If Hatchwise issues a refund for a first time Unlimited subscription, rights to any winning designs awarded during that subscription period revert to Hatchwise, since the fee that paid for them has been returned.
