What to supply up front
Your logo in the best format you have, the exact details for the card, and any fixed brand colors or fonts. If your printer supplies a template, trim size or bleed requirement, add it to the brief and designers will build to it, which avoids reworking the winner later.
Cards and the pieces around them
The included list on this page states exactly what your package covers. Where letterhead, envelopes or a matching notecard are not included, buyers usually add them after the award as additional designs at $100 each so the whole set stays consistent.
Files, rights and payment
