I Awarded A Contest Winner What’s Next?

Congratulations! You received an entry to your contest that you love and have awarded it the contest winner!

Now, the big question is, what happens next?

Your contest goes into the review stage and is being looked over quickly by our team. Once the contest is Verified (Verification normally only takes a few hours at the most) the winning creative is notified that they are able to upload the final files.

Once the contest is Verified the winning creative has 48 hours to prepare and upload your final files.

The good news is that most of our creatives have the files uploaded much sooner than that (within 6-8 hours).

If you need your files right way please feel free to contact our support team and they can email the creative and ask them if they can have your files rushed to you.

Once the final files are uploaded to your Hatchwise account you will be notified via email. You can then log into your account and download the file (the file download will be next to your contest name in the “My ended contests” section).

We recommend logging into your account within 48 hours to check your files (even if you don’t plan on using the right away) to ensure that everything is correct and nothing is missing from the final files.

If you do find that there is a mistake, or you are missing a change that you requested, please contact our support team. They will put a hold on the payment to the creative and ensure that you have everything you need before the payment is released.

The file download will remain in your Hatchwise account, so that if you find that you ever need to re-download it for any reason the files can always be found there.
