  • The ideal candidate will be able to develop a deep understanding of Hatchwise, our customers and the service we provide. They will be able to help existing customers with support issues and improving their Hatchwise experience, through phone, email and chat support while consistently maintaining a cheerful and helpful tone at all times.  Most importantly they will have a passion for improving the lives of people. 
    • Experienced customer service phone support skills to deal with inbound and outbound calls between 10 am – 8 pm EST. 
    • Answer incoming questions as they arise about the process and explain how the system works.  
    • Deal with ongoing issues that arise and explain the process and/or solution to clients.
    • Relaying info or issues to management that is outside of the support boundaries. 
    • Actively respond to email and chats between 10 am – 8 pm EST
      
    • Walk potential or new clients through the order process. 
    • In-depth answers to support questions in the Hatchwise Facebook group
    • USA Based in MA or Lower NY 
    • The ability to work at a startup, fast paced work environment and be adaptable to change.  
    • Work remotely 
    • Must own a computer and phone that can be used to complete duties.  
    • Handle refund requests.
    • Must be available for daily and weekly meetings between 10 am – 8 pm EST. 
      
    • Actively ask questions via Slack and follow up with the client via email or phone once verified.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a talented designer with an eye for clean modern web design. They will be experts at css/html and WordPress and be very experienced with Elementor. They will be able to look at an existing design and create new pages that match the style, flow, and theme of the existing site. They will be self-motivated, a perfectionist, and take pride in everything they create.

• Experienced front-end developer that is able to create beautiful webpages in straight HTML/CSS as well as designing directly in the Elementor drag and drop editor for WordPress.
• Must have access to the Adobe Suite of software including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Must be experienced in creating wireframe mockups.
• Great communication skills are a must, we use Slack, Google Meet, Trello, and Confluence/Jira to manage projects.
• Must have a portfolio of web design projects including sites created in WordPress / Elementor.
