How long does the entire design contest process take?

Design contests run for ten days, although you can select a winner at any point during the process. Once the contest is over the designers can't submit any more entries, but you can take up to fourteen days to decide which entry you love the most.

I want to keep my project private. Can I hide it from the public and search engines.

The private contest upgrade is made available during the order process, it hides your project from everyone except logged in designers.

What happens if I don't like any of the submitted designs? Can I get a refund?

The only payment we require you to make up front is the $29 listing fee. If you don't like any of the entries and decide not to select a winner you have no further obligation. *If you decide to pay your prize up front and guarantee a winner you are locked into awarding the prize, but we're confident that you'll end up finding a design that you LOVE!

How much should I offer as a prize?

The amount you should offer depends on the project and how much participation you want. Generally more money equals more designers and more entries.
