I scored it a 3 becuase the quill's dominance just kills it. Now that I think about it, besides a shadow for the leaf, scrape it too. (It looks too nice here.)

Ah, we worked a quill in again. 1. You can curve the tip a bit for realism. Also scrape it a bit like the rest of the green. It stands out too much. 2. You are messing with me. Get right of the back curved line. It's goofy. (Note the comments on the other one apply here.) This one may have the most potential of this design.
