Thanks for your submission. This is a little too much like one of the existing logos for me to comment. Lines could be a bit cleaner, especially the blobs on the the right side. Chef hat was a nice touch -- Kudos on that. The outline around the font brings in that 60's hippy vibe which I don't object to out of hand, but I prefer something cleaner so as to communicate trust. I'm going to garner more opinions and may ask you to clean up the people. For now, I respect your time and don't want you to invest more in this design.
