Describe your company and organization and target audience
The logo should attract users, not chefs. Lifestyle, food, health, NOT personal chefs. It's most important that this service is accessible, not aimed at the rich. In the end I want "crowdedtable" to be a verb meaning, answer to my food dilemma.

I would like a button of some kind. Layout is website friendly foremost but there will be some print ads and signage as well as brand packet. The look is CLEAN and sleek, not busy. Muted colors, not primary.

service is free to consumers, chefs pay a small monthly fee to belong and have their own web presence as part of CT. Users say what they want and chefs are notified based upon their matching profiles of the new 'gig'. Chefs choose to pass or apply.
Colors to use in the design
No. There is a great parallel here between what you, as designers, are doing and what my chefs will do. I am making chefs more accessible, letting them use their creative energy in side gigs, hence bringing down the costs to meet a broader audience.
