ValueMomentum is the largest standalone provider of IT Services & Solutions to Insurers & Financial Services Firms. They create custom IT solutions for Fortune 500 companies - so big corporate established brands.

The design should have the following

This logo is the start of a total brand overhaul. DO NOT USE anything you see about the company online as an influence here. We are 100% starting fresh. That said, one of their smaller divisions is a company that has an owl logo. The owl logo you are to design here DOES NOT NEED TO LOOK LIKE THAT OWL - but SHOULD use the same blue and green you see in the file (attached). So the new logo will be thematically related in that it will also have an owl, but will be very different in every other way. New logo should have: 1. And owl whose features and or face and wing combo includes a V and M from value momentum. We are open to this owl being a face or a perched owl or a flying owl, but they are leaning away from a flying owl currently. Folded wings are probably best. 2. The words Value and Momentum to the right - stacked on top of each other. Top of Value should be in line with top of owl and bottom of Momentum should be in line with bottom of owl (approximately). 3. The owl should NOT touch the words to the right of it. 4. Please use ONLY TWO COLORS for the owl and words - the blue and green from the owl logo I am attaching. 5. (Optional) some ombre or 3d shading is okay but not required. flat color fine too. See webX by cisco as example of something they think is cool. 6. Whatever font you think looks best. Can be caps, small or mix. Note: Owl should not look "mean". They want the logo to read at scale - so not too much detail I think. They want something modern that conveys competence but draws attention.

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

Colors others than the blue and green (maybe a black okay but ideally no) Nothing too complicated No other layouts than the ones described please. Do not make the owl look like the bizdyanmics owl attached - this owl needs its own personality and the V and M woven in.
