Our favorite designs so far are #2774101 and #2772156. Some general notes: 1. We like the face of the owl and orientation to the left with the body/wings making a V and M (in that order please from left to right). 2. In general - we want the head to be an owl vs another bird. 3. We are open to light and darker shades of blue and green. Fell free to play. 4. The words Value Momentum should be obvious. If they V and Minside the owl are part of the words instead of to the left it needs to be easier to read VM than the options we currently see. We are also find with the owl being separate from the full words of the logo. 5. No need to include phrase "Deliver Value Drive Momentum"
