Canadiana

Hi designers! We have started going through and starring the designs. So far you'll notice not high marks for most logos. There are a few things we'd like to get across to help!

• We are looking for something that isn't basic. We've seen a lot of these designs before and have come up with them ourselves by going on Shutterstock and finding similar images. We want innovative, creative, fresh, new, hip. Something that not every other cleaning or property management company out there has. Something that is unique to us and our brand. And also in our brand colors, which we included in the brief along with our beaver mascot.
• We do not want the Canadian maple leaf.

• Please refer to this section of the brief where we asked to have Canadiana stand on it's own but also able to include 'Property Services' when needed: A wordmark using 'Canadiana' as the wordmark. We'd also like to be clear that 'Property Services' will be used from time to time when it's necessary to explain who we are. So please have this logo stand on it's own as the wordmark 'Canadiana' and also able to pair with 'Property Services'.
• You can leave the tagline 'We get you. We've got you.' off of this contest. It is not necessary for the logo. Better to have 'Property Services' in placement of where "We get you. We've got you" currently is.

Hi designers. Thanks for the most recent submissions. While we are seeing some logos that we are drawn to, we are still not finding any of them right for our company. Most seem very typical of cleaning and property services companies out there. We want something new, different, hip and fresh. Something that makes us stand out as unique to other companies like ours.

We don't want any maple leaves, squeegees, brooms, sparkles, bubbles. We do much more than house cleaning and using these symbols pigeonhole us into something we are not. And, we've see this so many times before. We are looking for a logo that encompasses everything we do with the vibe of the fresh and hip company we are.

We do not want a logo like we currently have, so please do not look at our current website and try to design from that. 

While 'Canadiana' as a wordmark might be used from time to time, we are not just looking for a wordmark in a usual font. We as a team have some design skills and can do most of this ourselves. Please give us something innovative that we haven't seen and cannot do ourselves.

Hi designers! Overall we are starting to see some great direction and symbols/workmarks we really like and can envision being part of our brand! 

Going through this process some artists have incorporated a beaver into our logo. While we've been drawn to some of these we are realizing that having the beaver in the symbol/logo is not what we want. We have a beaver mascot which we can use to bring the beaver in and feel like it's too much to have the beaver in both places. Also, the beaver doesn't explain what we do as a company.

Please look at some of our top picks that don't include a beaver for any new ideas you can send our way. Thanks so much for all the great designs!
