Secure residential property leases then professionally style them and lease out as short term Executive and Holiday rental (Airbnb, Stayz etc).
Target audience are Real Estate Agencies and Landlords - Concept is to produce brochures/flyers with my logo and previous property styling images that MUST influence them that my company is professional and experienced, and not some backyard scam, so that they agree without hesitation to release their properties to me.
