Up to designer discretion, but would like a red in the logo (with a black & white option as well). Two colors I like (HEX) Blue: #3C4855 Red: #660000

The design should have the following

I would prefer a logo in a square or circle - nothing horizontal. I am open to illustrations - love line drawings and "white space". Unique text also ok. I'm open to ideas!

Women Entrepreneurs & Small Business, less than 5 employees, 30-60 yrs old, creative, professional, positive, upbeat, fun
