Describe your company and organization and target audience
Our company invests in residential real estate. We buy distressed houses, fix them up, and rent them out. We do the occasional flip as well. We are also seeking multifamily investments/ apartments. We are based in Dallas/Ft. Worth and target the entire DFW area. Our target audience includes 3 groups: 1. People selling their houses 2. Potential tenants and home buyers 3. Other real estate investors, contractors and real estate agents We chose the name "Highland Properties" because we have a West Highland Terrier (Westie). We could use the logo for other operations, such as "Highland Investments" (purchasing arm), "Highland Management" (property management).
