Describe your company and organization and target audience

Our company invests in residential real estate. We buy distressed houses, fix them up, and rent them out. We do the occasional flip as well. We are also seeking multifamily investments/ apartments. We are based in Dallas/Ft. Worth and target the entire DFW area. Our target audience includes 3 groups: 1. People selling their houses 2. Potential tenants and home buyers 3. Other real estate investors, contractors and real estate agents We chose the name "Highland Properties" because we have a West Highland Terrier (Westie). We could use the logo for other operations, such as "Highland Investments" (purchasing arm), "Highland Management" (property management).

Please consider that we will also use the logo in the future for 1. Highland Properties 2. Highland Investments 3. Highland Management and will probably include a suffix such as LLC, LP, INC, etc. We want the logo to be fairly simple, but if possible would like to see a house component and possibly a westie, or silhouette of one, if that is not too complicated. We want to be able to print in black and white or gray scales, as well as full color. The colors listed below are ones we like, but not all need to be included.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

We do not want the representation of an apartment or larger structure, since our focus is primarily single-family houses.
