Everything we will do at Sweet Nel\'s is geared toward very high quality, and contemporary approaches - not old fashioned. We are geared toward the millennial generation with a strong direction of organic, natural products. The gelato is made in front of you, the cookies baked on premise, the coffee program is much like Starbuck\'s - but better quality. There is an attitude of cool throughout the interior design. Hand hewn beams, wood and stone surfaces. No plastics used. Pulp paper sundae dishes with wooden spoons. lots of seating, laptop friendly, WIFI. These shops will be located in downtown or affluent suburbs.
