Describe your company and organization and target audience
This is a startup company currently without a website. It provides specialist Consultancy expertise for the recruitment market. Clients can be commercial recruitment agencies, like Hays, Robert Half or Sthree. They can also be companies who want to improve the skills of their recruiters, or recruitment managers, or improve the overall recruitment strategy. Examples of companies could be Facebook, Google, but also smaller companies all the way down to SME's.
The content that our consultants deliver are: Training sessions, coaching sessions, strategy development sessions, Market information and statistics and specialised software tools for the recruitment market.
The clients are either entrepeneurs of small to medium sized businesses, or decision makers at larger businesses like HR managers, talent acquisition managers.
These clients are looking to increase profits or reduce cost of hiring and they are often looking to upgrade the skills and the motivation of their staff.
