Maybe the description above came across a little too restrictive. Basically, we already have a template that we want to use. This template contains elements we want to continue having. (ie. header image, category images, new products, sidebar categories, sidebar navigation, sidebar specials, etc.) A cohesive, professional color scheme to match the market is what we're after. We don't need to redesign the template, we just need to give it a "top-notch" paint job. (fonts, backgrounds, buttons, borders, headlines, "details" link, etc.) Another example, is that this current template has thick white lines between the different block margin and header elements. This spacing is NOT at all required. Sections may butt up against the sides or each other if desired. The main requirement, is that you just don't start moving pieces all over. Category images will stay at the top, "new products" will remain at the bottom. There will be a 3 column layout with graphic header, menu buttons, and a "free shipping" graphic.

Hello. I designed this logo. Sure, some designers would want designer carte blanche in this matter but that reality has gone the way of the bobo. I meant dodo.

Our hope here, is to get a nice cohesive layout that will not only provide a professional website, but help us build our "Surefire Gun Safes" brand.

Another color palette direction we like is blue, white, and gray with orange gradient buttons. Blue has been proven to promote a feeling of trust. Here is another one of our competitors that have a REALLY nice color scheme. http://www.everysafe.com/ I'd love to see a few submissions with this color palette as well. When I look at their website, I really feel a sense of trust and professionalism. (Even though there's nothing really behind it, other than the color.) Our logo colors can be modified from the current reds to match if needed.

Wow... These are some great submissions... Over the weekend, we'll look over things and then choose a winner. Thank you so much to all of you for making our job of picking one very difficult. :^) -Eli
