I want the mindset behind this project to be Our real estate website is as modern and functional and sexy trulia.com, with a youth and hipness. I want just my color scheme and maybe subtle color accents in the fonts. This can be seen on Rent.com's details for price and location. The fonts and sizing need a lot of polish
