Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a family owned and operated trucking company based just West of St. Louis, MO in Wright City. Our business model is providing transportation solutions for customers across the United States. We began the company in 2009, focusing solely on the transportation of agricultural commodities, and worked with various farmers and producers of agricultural by products, delivering bulk loads to their customers. We have since grown the business to include transportation solutions for numerous pet food ingredient manufacturers. All of these being dry bulk deliveries in hopper bottom trailers. In January of this year, we took another step in our growth agenda and added a new flatbed division, and we work with numerous lumber and steel mills delivering products in those niche markets. Having progressed far from where we began, which was dealing with agricultural customers..., we decided to switch up our marketing message, and changed our company logo to simply read MGT (please see our website). All of our drivers are company drivers, most of whom have been with us for more than 2 years. Our dedicated inside staff works to ensure that we do everything in our power to make our driver's lives easier, while maintaining expectations from our loyal customers.

The purpose of this website is going to be directed at driver recruiting. The trucking industry is one where driver turnover is extremely high, likely due to a shortage in qualified drivers and the high level of competition in obtaining their services. We want to be able to market our family ownership and personal relationships with our drivers, as well as the numerous benefits that we offer. We pay at the very top of the industry pay scale, and offer a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life, AD&D, STD, and paid vacation time. We also offer sign on bonuses and training to qualified candidates. So, I'm looking for an informative website that prospective candidates can get a sense of what our company is about. And I would very much like to have the ability for drivers to complete an application for employment online.
