I'm proposing the name BEACON. It's ideal for someone or something that guides or gives hope to others. It helps you find your way which works nicely with your goal. Also, I could see the icon being a logo of typography. The 'A' in BEACON being shaped like a lighthouse/signal with the letters in blue and the "light" in gold.
