Describe your company and organization and target audience
My name is howard getz from houston texas. I am a realtor. I have been trying very hard to develop a site that not only reflects me but can generate some business. I have a site with an idx search but it is too expensive and I really dont think IDX is the way to go. I just want a site that is neat and holds people interest. For this contest, I pretty much did all the work. I need your creativity. I have a drop box link that has everything in it. Each section is marked. I have about me, about what I do, How i am different, Neighborhoods i specialize in etc.
The design should have the following
I want in my site the following:
I would Live Feed of my Instagram and Facebook page on the first main page
I want my video playing as the main shot.
I have 2 give a ways (something of value), buyers handbook and sellers handbook
I do a monthly newsletter i would also like to give some attention to.
I want a chat box that is either a bot or goes into text message to me

If you can use the idx's that my assocation provides that would be great. I have been told they are frames, it is ok if you dont but if you can they do have some great info.
