Our company has a wide merchandise product range some of which fall under home & kithcen, baby products, beauty & personal care, garden & outdoor, household, sports categories.

The design should have the following

We're after a simple logo. Main criteria are :
1- We'd like to have the 2x letter u's in "bubu" as smileys, so that letter u will have 2 dots above it (representing the eyes of the smiley face). However, they should still be fairly close to letter u rather than a round face smiley.
2- Main highlight is "bubu". The 2nd word "lifeware" needs to be subtle, low-key.


Additional criteria are:
It should be;
- simple and minimalist
- fun
- laid-back & relaxed

These are the main criteria. You can be creative for the rest of it, such as font, color, all-caps, no-caps, some caps.
