Needs to work as a one line logo: Trucks & Auction Auctions

Needs to work as a two line logo:
Trucks & Auto (should be on line one)
Auction (should be on line two)

We're looking for a logo that is primarily textual with very little graphics. Some graphical elements are OK, but we're not interested in having drawings of cars and trucks. We're more interested in developing a impactful, text-based logo that is striking.

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

We do not want this in the entries:

No cartoon type logos....would prefer professional and bold.

This is the style of logo the user would like.

Colors to use in the design:

Red and dark grey
