Describe your company and organization and target audience.

I own a mental health counseling business in a small/midsize town. I see a lot of teens and young adults struggling adulting, peer relationships, mental health issues, addiction to technology, and being raised by others than their parents. I am wanting to target teens and young adults to offer them support online through blogs/vlogs, YouTube, social media etc. This is to be a brand that they can go to when they feel depressed, anxious, suicidal, confused to connect with stories that help them not feel alone in their struggles, be informed, and that they can get through it with hope. The focus is to educate this age group and normalize their feelings but also to educate the older generations of what is normal for them. The norm for this generation is different then what it was like for their parents, thus this is the new norm.

Targeting 12-25 year olds that are dealing with the normal complications of life with regards to mental health, technology, relationships, and family. The topics will address hard issues like suicide, pornography addiction, and issues that arise because of this generation having technology in their lives.

The design should have the following:

Timeless design - I do not want it to become outdated.
bold - attack young adults to be interested in it
We are wanting a brand not just a logo.

We are interested in having a character named Norm and Norma, something like the video that is on your website Hatchwise that says See how it works in 60 seconds.

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

We do not want this in the entries:

Childish ideas
No cell phones or technology that could become outdated
No rainbow or butterflies - we are talking about hard issues
