Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a team of mortgage professionals working at Capstone Home Loans in Lynnwood, WA. We want to brand our team, not Capstone Home Loans. Our service is impeccable, we are all about serving our clients, walking them through the mortgage process. Our target audience is a combination of two groups: first time homebuyers and move-up buyers (30-35 yrs old, 40-50 yrs old).

The design should have the following

We are looking for something to do with real estate, but with a unique twist. Capstone Home Loans colors are light blue, dark blue, we can always adjust the colors once the design has been established. I would like a clean look, something that stands out. Integrity, honesty, those are the words that come to mind.
** Update after reviewing a few designs. I am drawn to more straight lines than circular lines. I am ok with some curves, just not attracted to fully circular designs.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
