Full service landscaping company - lawn mowing / maintenance, patios, walkways, plantings

The design should have the following

Stay somewhat within the existing color scheme. I'm purchasing this company and don't want to create too much change with customer base / employees etc.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

Green + yellow (think oregon ducks) but open to ideas on shades / complementary colors
