Describe your company and organization and target audience

HealthCon Plus will be a consulting company specializing in healthcare facilities (hospitals). HealthCon Plus will be the liaison between the facility and the Architect/Construction group. HealthCon Plus will provide pre-construction, construction, and infrastructure planning services relating to Healthcare Facilities in Southern California.
The target audience is 90% Male between the ages of 40-60. There are three groups. 1. Plant Operations and Maintenance Directors/Managers - very busy and no nonsense blue collar type people with a very skilled construction background. 2. Facilities Design and Construction VPS -Corporate job and more white collar 3. Design Team - Architects and Engineers - mix of white and blue collar.

The design should have the following

Would like it to be a mix of healthcare and construction. The fact that we our name includes Plus, the medical sign which is a + might be nice. I am thinking that the logo might look nice in Royal Blue and Golden Yellow. But I am certainly open to creativity.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

It should not look feminine.
