Leadership Development & consulting company focused on providing people a clear path to promotion and personal/professional growth. The target audience is someone who is looking to get ahead of their peers and succeed in their personal/professional life as a leader.

The design should appeal to the average joe who is looking to move up in their professional career.

The design should be strong and professional - but with a splash of modern.

I am looking for the logo to be scalable - social media, websites, merch, etc.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I am leaning on your expertise as an artist to provide something professional, modern, strong, and sleek.
