The design should have the following

Negative space, maybe have a staircase or arrow or both. Modern and cool yet the colour brings out the softness and trusting side. Appeal to corporate and people looking for life coaching or executive coaching. Appeal to both men and women. Contemporary E have the E with the vertical lines but no horizontal line (so 3 lines online as a capital E).
Logo should convey goal setting, driven, execution, strong, but balance, spiritual and humanist. Trusting space.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

do not use fonts that look like WORD fonts, do not use red
