Describe your company and organization and target audience

I want to use Red & Black. If there's a place to show you my old logo, I'd consider playing off of it, updating it. It plays off of the symmetry of my name and the elongated letters "i", "l's", & "f's". Very graphic & 'me'.

The design should have the following

I want a clean, elegant, modern & sophisticated look for my brand. My logo needs to be catchy & memorable; not a typical Real Estate look but should convey I am in RE. I am open to designers discretion & creativity but have my old logo: C below to adapt?

This design should not have this in the entries

It targets those with funds to be home owners to sell, or either want to buy to become a homeowner. My clients/customers find me via referrals, networking, or online (websites, social media) I get paid by commission only after the deal closes.

Colors to use in the design

Yes, I'll upload my old logo I designed but would change it by putting 'Real Estate Team" in place of the address? It's in bold black & the 'circle' for the "i" is colored in red! But I like the idea of a graphic too so, ??? Thoughts?
