We are a commercial real estate development company that builds workspaces for life science companies in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina. We build, qualify, lease, fit-out, decommission, and maintain our Tenants rented space. We want to attract life science companies who conduct research, development, manufacturing, and their support vendors to be Tenants of our buildings.

The design should have the following

Symbol that quickly communicates that we are a local North Carolina commercial real estate company that serves the life sciences industry. We want a color logo that is easy to use on the web, electronic documents, and other logo material and looks good in all white and/or black in addition to the color version. We want to integrate our tagline of "GXP Compliant Workspace" into the logo design.
