The property type will be apartment properties. The target audience are the investors, who we expect to be over 40 years old, financially successful and sophisticated.

Design should include the full name of the company, and we would like to emphasize the company's initials "VIP" if possible. "Valorem" means "value" in Latin.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
