Property portfolio - we are working on building our real estate portfolio and this LLC will be used to purchase homes and rent them out.

The design should have the following

We don't want anything cheesy, or gimmicky. We're thinking modern/classic. We're open to any color combinations that are fairly complimentary of one another, please feel free to use any of these color palettes for your inspiration: https://looka.com/blog/logo-color-combinations/ Ideally the logo shouldn't be like everything else, I'm seeing too many home logos and would like to open up the door to other possibilities if you have any other the ideas. The aim is for Trek Properties to build into a large real estate portfolio, so Trek upwards.

This logo will be used for

• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Try to stay away from the typical home designs, really want to try something different where the logo conveys growth. Open to everything as we haven't though this through completely. Really relying on the community here to get creative/artistic with this.
