TimesGent sells unsual watches online. The target audience is mostly men, 25-35.

The design should have the following

The design I am looking for is very precise. It consists of a rounded letter G "rounded like a clock" with 2 simple modern clock arrows that merge with the straight line of the letter G in order to create a "T" inside the "G". A draft image is included. Underneath the logo, the name of the company should be written this way "TimesGent". The letter G in "TimesGent" should have the same shape as in the logo.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

Colors to use in the design

Once approved, I am looking for 3 variants:
1) Black logo on white background
2) White logo on black background
3) Grey logo on white background

Also, once approved I am looking for 3 variants of every color:
1) G logo with simple modern clock arrows to create T Logo - with "TimesGent" written underneath
2) G logo with simple modern clock arrows to create T Logo ALONE - WITHOUT "TimesGent" underneath
3) Favicon with simple modern clock arrows to create T Logo ALONE - WITHOUT "TimesGent" underneath

I need to receive the original file (illustrator, photoshop or other) + a png file for every variant.
