Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am a physical therapist and my main target audience will be athletes of all kind. I will be treating crossfit athletes, recreational athletes, weekend warriors, and your normal traditional sports. I will also be treating runners. I will also be treating other folks of all ages backgrounds.  My goal is to provide one on one care to the clients. My goal is that before every patient/client leaves my care they are stronger than what they were before they got injured and the ability to withstand obstacles in their life. I will be performing physical therapy, recovery visits, personal training, movement analysis. 

The design should have the following

<p>The Letter "T" for Tempered or Can have Tempered Physical Therapy&nbsp; in the logo.&nbsp;</p><p>A Shield</p><p>Barbell</p><p>Some sort of fitness aspect to the logo (i.e. running, lifting barbell overhead)</p><p>Could be a individual carrying something on his back (bending, but not breaking)</p><p>Combination of 2 colors (red/black, green/black, blue/black, grey)</p>
