Describe your company and organization and target audience

Smarter-Works is a "angel" or "seed" investment company. We invest with new businesses and grow them. We would consider designs using a .com at the end or without it

The design should have the following

1. The DASH between smarter and works MUST be there.

2. We want to Convey: Sophistication (want it to look like a large, serious business) Sleek, Clean and Modern (not goofy fonts or cursive writing), Smart (an intelligent, forward-looking company)

3. Colors: no pale yellows, pinks. We like the dark blue in citibank and chase logos

6. We would consider a symbol representing intelligent, new ideas The symbol could be worked into the name or come before it, probably before it is better

7. Important: We would also consider adding a .com to the name in the logo so it reads: "smarter-works.com"

Please see the attachments below for some ideas we had previously that we had considered

We like a clean, easy to read font, blue or dark blue for sure as one of the colors, and probably green for the other but open. we are looking for 2 colors, 3 max

The second attachment, with the body in the colors is an idea we had for another company of ours. We would like this idea but a variation for this company, instead of an executive placement company. Also, if someone can make a smart looking face or head to go as an icon before the logo that would be great.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

jumbled, hard to read words and letters not too cute not too busy
