We are a business coaching service focused on "blue collar" contractors who are mostly male but with some female representation. These want an aggressive look and feel to the clothing and logos they wear. Think camo, denim and Carhartt. They like to hunt, fish, play sports, etc.

The design should have the following

We need a logo for a line of hats and t-shirts for a product offering from our coaching business. We are tired of the "Lions Not Sheep" approach to leadership and want to spread the word through our clothing that Servant Leadership is the approach to follow. We are looking for either a cool, strong Shepherd (Yeah the guy that herds sheep, think buff Jesus with a shepherds crook) or tough German Shepherd look to the logo. If you go the buff Jesus route that would be full body, if you go with the German Shepherd just the head. Both would have the word "SHEPHERD" incorporated into the logo with clear legible font like Montserrat or Red Hat Display/Text or one you think looks cool.
