Describe your company and organization and target audience

Home sellers in my neighborhood who are under 50 years old. I want it to feel young and fun, but not cliche 90's (even though these people are probably 90's kids). What I mean by 'cliche 90's' is the big bubbly / block letters and neon colors / paint splash effect.

Colors to use in the design

I very much enjoy a monochrome look. Specifically deep purples, black, dark blue. Red is an angry color, so if it's present it should be minimal. Logo should be able to be printed in black and white so any colors cannot make or break the desifn. I'm also required by law to include my broker's logo in all my marketing, which means my logo needs to aesthetically blend well with their logo, but also not be too matchy. I've attached their logo within (Springs Home Finders). I've also attached a homegirl graphic that I enjoy (I'd like mine to be 2 words not 1). Maybe it's on a brick wall (like graffiti) or has a home over the i instead of a heart?
