This is a coaching and consulting company. We work mostly men but have some female clients too. We offer one on one personal coaching, mastermind groups, and adventure experiences for our clients. 

We describe ourselves as offering "strategic life and leadership coaching". 

The design should have the following

I'm open to ANY creative ideas. Any colors. However, I've thought the might be black and bright yellow. Also, I like the idea of one of the "e"s being backwards because we are personal and organizational development company. It shows potential to correct (also reflected in our tag line). 

I'd like to see options with and without the tagline. 

I'd like Revel to be prominent and then the coaching being understated. 

I like round logos but am open to other ideas. 

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
