Describe your company and organization and target audience
nCompass Systems is an innovative product offering of structured cabling solutions created by Legrand and Superior Essex. Our understanding of communications challenges allows us to offer multiple, high-performing fiber optic and copper cabling solutions for our customers. nCompass provides support, reliability, flexibility, and energy-efficient solutions that exceed industry standards and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. We serve commercial, residential and industrial builders, IT professionals, and building operations managers as they search for the materials to create the backbone of their communications networks.
The design should have the following
We do not want a logo that looks too similar to our current logo. We want to see an icon and name logo that tells the story of our two companies joining together. Superior Essex makes cables and Legrand makes the end-termination components, cabinets, and trays. The icon could depict a bundle of cables in a cabinet or tray or a cable and connection endpoint. See reference images. We want to see a version with the company tagline and one without. We also want to see a version with a horizontal and a version with a vertical icon + name alignment.
This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
- Television/screen
This design should not have this in the entries
Compass imagery. We don't make compasses. We make cables and connectivity products. Any design elements from the old logo.

Briefly describe your contest
nCompass Systems will celebrate its 10th years in 2023 and we're working on a refreshed brand image to celebrate. We want a new logo that looks toward the next 10 years of this partnership.
