Describe your company and organization and target audience

We provide top-of-the-line medical equipment and supplies for patients with home healthcare needs. While we supply durable medical equipment (DME) to patients, our true customers are home healthcare case managers that recommend our equipment to patients. We need to appeal to these medical caregivers first and foremost. Mountain Medical Supply focuses on quality products and knowledgeable staff - we know the equipment and we know how to work with insurance to get paid. Because of our confidence in our expertise, we can deliver the equipment quickly, usually before authorizations are complete. We believe in helping patients maintain their independence. With the right products, nothing will slow you down!

The current website is www.mmsdme.com. While the colors (the blue and green are ok), the logo needs work. A wordmark is great, but we need a way to create a simple mark for online pages where a square logo works better than the full wordmark.

The design should have the following

Maintain the existing blue and green colors from the attached current logo.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
