I am primarily a new residential builder.  We build from the ground up.  We also work on other cool building opportunities.  Effectively we build personal residences.

The design should have the following

I'm looking for a sleek logo that focuses on the name itself.  If you wanted to add some minimalist construction details for a pop that is fine but I don't want the one's you see when you google home builder logos.  Too much going on.  As far as color palette, I'd like something that pops.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Heavy use of house details.  No hammers or anything like that.
