Describe your company and organization and target audience
The "Maple 180" development is on the corner of Maple Street & 180th street. This pristine Maple location will offer intelligently curated office, retail and residential opportunities. Target audience will be middle-upper to upper income; families, business people, singles. Our demographics demand well-planned spaces that are walkable, attractive and able to be enjoyed by office and retail uses. A focal point will be the water features- waterway down the middle of the development & also a pond. Plan is to have a timed water show with various fountain-type water dances. This space is being designed for active and busy lifestyles. Several major anchors are landing on the south side of this corner and the daily traffic counts will explode over the next two years Combine high traffic counts with strong rooftops and income demographics
