I'm not a fan of the sharp angles on the icon. So unless it's a functional element that works into the typography, please avoid sharp angles

Also, please avoid "initials" in the icon. I like the idea of using the M as an icon but not an envelope. Trying to get away from the envelope unless it's integral to the design. But no MD initials please
