Describe your company and organization and target audience

An organization that promotes an idea or vision of a network where employees can advance between partnering organizations to benefit the employee holistically so that they are equipped and encouraged to advance their career by transferring between companies into positions that best suit them.

Target audience = business leaders, organizations awarding grants, people arranging speaking engagements.

The design should have the following

three ropes intertwined together - BLUE/YELLOW/GREEN

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
