Describe your company and organization and target audience

My company is a private money lender/broker for companies that fix and flip real estate.

The design should have the following

2 Two toned letter F's with colors opposite each other. Like one would have black on top and gold on bottom and the other would be opposite. Maybe have on letter F upside down from the other or a mirror effect. The F's could also be characters that looks like one is upside down with both making the F shape. Note: These are just kind of what I envisioned but none are have to haves

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
