getting some really good creative ideas! we want clean, simple, easy to grasp at first sight. our company is a real estate brokerage that will "empower" the customer to be creative in the selling and buying process of their homes. no traditional real estate service here. want to catch their attention without clutter. think outside the box!

Hey everyone...getting some great ideas...but please try and stay away from the house and roof theme - that is so overdone in the real estate world. we want very simple, very clean - not big, bold, not too busy, or overstated. We want it easy to read and clear to understand. Thank you all sooo much!!

..but you are giving most of the higher scores to designs with houses, so most designers will tend to design with that in mind.. :)

i'm new at this! :) the "5" scores don't have houses, but elude to real estate in other ways. i'm also getting a lot of just the word empowre with different fonts. we do want some sort of "symbol" but not too fancy or overdone. thank you for pointing that out to us!

Above you say "our company is going to break out of the box of traditional real estate - thus "empowering" the buyer/seller in new ways." Maybe if you could shed some light on how your company plans to do this, you might get a logo that helps market these strategies. Just a thought, my concern is that if someone sees your logo they will not understand instantly what it represents. Speaking as someone who is new to your brand, i would have no idea that the name empowre would reflect real estate brokerage. I would mistake it for an energy company. Is the business going to involve technology such as mobile phones or social media? So if i can simplify things, in one question, "In what way(s) do people become empowered? What's the unique selling point?

or maybe a better question would be, "How does this "form" of real estate differ from traditional real estate? Just trying to get a feel for the business, and then reflect that in the logo.

we will be utilizing social media, internet, working with buyers who cant afford traditional methods, different fee structures, etc. very casual, not traditional. we want clean, simple, but with POP. you can put real estate on the logo if you want or not...we plan on potentially franchising our concept. don't want to give too many details :) thx

hey everybody - getting some awesome logos! just fyi - the "5" scores are our favorites - like many of the "4"s, but anything scored below that probably won't make it - so if you are trying different versions of things look to the "5"s for new ideas. or come up with something really cool based on all of the above!! thank you all so much and good luck - you are all so talented :)
